What you will do

  • Translate SMB sales leadership priorities into data-driven field marketing strategies and execution plans.
  • Own and refine US SMB marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Drive demand and field marketing programs including digital marketing, events, and targeted campaigns.
  • Optimize sales enablement and nurturing programs leveraging marketing content.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions teams to develop case studies and testimonials.
  • Establish KPIs, track performance, and report results to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Native English proficiency required.
  • Several years of B2B marketing experience with proven success in field marketing or demand generation.
  • Deep understanding of SMB segment and experience in startup, SaaS, HR-tech, or fintech sectors.
  • Expertise in modern marketing tactics and tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong financial acumen with budget management and ROI focus.
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong collaboration skills.
