What you will do

• Build and execute integrated, UK-specific go-to-market plans for priority industries aligned to regional revenue targets.
• Plan and run regional programs (e.g., executive dinners, workshops, webinars) to create qualified pipeline.
• Co-market with strategic partners and key customers to expand influence and conversion in named verticals.
• Collaborate with Sales on account-based motions to drive deal velocity and win rates.
• Prioritize and allocate regional budget, measure ROI, and optimize program mix based on performance.
• Track and report KPIs (MQAs, SALs, pipeline, ACV, ROI) and analyze the end-to-end funnel.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Field Marketing, ABM, or Demand Generation for B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success running integrated field programs for the UK market.
• Expert at end-to-end program ownership: strategy, execution, vendor management, budget, measurement, and reporting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, SDR, Partnerships, Events, Digital, and Brand.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and WordPress.

Nice to have

• Additional European languages (French, Italian, Spanish) a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows.
