What you will do
- Define and oversee integrated marketing vision for Afterpay in the U.S., aligning with brand direction and growth priorities.
- Lead cross-functional go-to-market planning across Creative, Product, Data Science, and Communications.
- Own end-to-end marketing investment planning and budget allocation for Commerce campaigns.
- Design and scale integrated campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and adoption of Cash App’s commerce solutions.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Creative, B2B/B2C channel teams, and brand partners to co-create activations.
- Partner with Customer Insights and Data Science to translate insights into actionable strategies and optimize marketing performance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or product marketing, ideally within technology, retail, or financial services.
- At least 5+ years of direct integrated marketing experience, including budget ownership and cross-channel investment planning.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional marketing initiatives that deliver measurable growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic and creative direction.
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller capable of influencing across all levels of the organization.
- Financially disciplined and data-driven leader with experience managing multi-million-dollar campaign budgets and optimizing spend for ROI.
