What you will do

• Develop and implement MarTech and e-commerce strategies focusing on AI, automation, and personalization
• Manage complex transformation projects including budget, timeline, and quality control
• Analyze and improve system landscapes, processes, and data architectures
• Design integrated MarTech and commerce architectures (CRM, CDP, PIM, CMS, ERP, E-Commerce)
• Lead strategic client meetings, pitches, and project reviews
• Build dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations with clear ROI focus

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in MarTech, e-commerce, or digital transformation
• Very good German and English language skills
• Experience with marketing automation, PIM, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud, Akeneo, Shopify)
• Practical use of AI tools, data platforms, and personalization technologies
• Good understanding of data integration, analytics, and performance measurement
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; analytics tools are a plus
