What you will do

• Manage the global NPS survey from concept to reporting
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives
• Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for various regions and divisions
• Develop global feedback loops and continuous improvement processes
• Conduct benchmarking analyses against leading TIC companies
• Design and implement targeted account-based marketing campaigns aligned with global priorities

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Stuttgart, Germany
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, or related field
• 5+ years experience in customer satisfaction management or ABM in an international environment
• Proven experience managing global NPS or similar survey programs
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent German and English skills are desirable
