What you will do

• Lead multi-project management and creative workshops for branding and marketing activities.
• Strategically and operationally plan and manage cross-media marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, SMM, and offline marketing.
• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns supported by external agencies.
• Create trend analyses and KPI reports to guide commercial goal achievement.
• Expand and lead the marketing team to 2-3 employees by end of 2023.

Requirements

• Location: Munich, Berlin, or Remote
• Several years of experience in strategic digital marketing and cross-channel campaign management, preferably in agency or B2B environments.
• Expertise in online marketing strategy conception and analytical approaches.
• Strong passion for storytelling, brand communication, and design thinking.
• Excellent German and English language skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Sistrix, and CMS.
