What you will do

• Develop sophisticated strategic concepts and cross-channel communication experiences.
• Conduct data-driven market research and analysis to build strong strategic foundations.
• Create insight- and data-driven creative briefs and client strategy documents.
• Lead strategic content on client projects and provide continuous client consulting.
• Identify innovative business trends, technologies, including AI, to drive marketing solutions.
• Guide junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in strategic planning with a creative agency.
• Expertise in B2C marketing, FMCG, and retail communication.
• Data-driven and user-centric way of thinking and working.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies in a marketing context.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both German and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce and CRM.
• Ability to build and maintain automated, reliable dashboards (Looker Studio/Data Studio; GA4; Sheets/Excel).
