What you will do
- Develop and implement new client acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth in target verticals.
- Lead and deliver early-stage discussions and pitches, progressing them into meaningful opportunities from prospect to signature.
- Research, develop, and maintain a strategic target account list.
- Develop relationships with key C-suite buyers and decision-makers at target clients.
- Assume a leadership role in proposal kick-off, storyboard, and win theme sessions.
- Monitor trends relevant to target industry domains and evangelize the company through whitepapers, events, and seminars.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in selling complex software development services.
- Proven track record in selling into large US banks, FIs, Credit Unions, Mortgage/Lending institutions, or Payments and Card Providers.
- Previous exposure to digital product design, application development and modernization, software engineering, DevOps, and cloud migration services.
- Deep familiarity with hyper-scalers, low code, and hyper automation platforms.
- Expertise in interacting with C-Level Executives and conveying value propositions effectively.
- Significant experience in bid campaign management from opportunity identification through to project delivery.
