What you will do
- Recruit and onboard resellers to expand product distribution globally.
- Lead deal execution independently including target identification, negotiation, and partnership launch.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Legal teams.
- Manage business results and growth of reseller partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in distribution partnerships with ISOs, ISVs, or VARs.
- Deep understanding of the Global Reseller landscape and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Preferred: Background in fintech or payments industry and MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- English proficiency: B2 or higher.
