What you will do
- Contact potential clients through phone calls and emails to generate interest.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.
- Present hirify.global to potential clients, highlighting its value proposition.
- Participate in developing and implementing lead-generation strategies with sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership to improve hirify.global's offerings and messaging.
- Report on the progress of your deals using Hubspot CRM.
Requirements
- Some experience in outbound sales, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Professional proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and fully remote environment.
- Good understanding of technology and sales tools, including Hubspot.
- Passion for remote work and building strong internal and external relationships.
