What you will do

  • Generate and qualify leads across the DACH region through outbound and inbound outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and prepare them for sales engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and improve conversion.
  • Manage CRM tools like HubSpot to track engagement and report KPIs.
  • Execute structured outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls with persistence and creativity.
  • Continuously build knowledge of SaaS, trading operations, and the energy market.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work remotely or from Zürich, Switzerland.
  • 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
  • English fluency required; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Proactive, organized, and strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
  • Curious about technology and energy markets with resilience and goal-driven attitude.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
