What you will do
- Generate and qualify leads across the DACH region through outbound and inbound outreach.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and prepare them for sales engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and improve conversion.
- Manage CRM tools like HubSpot to track engagement and report KPIs.
- Execute structured outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls with persistence and creativity.
- Continuously build knowledge of SaaS, trading operations, and the energy market.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work remotely or from Zürich, Switzerland.
- 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
- English fluency required; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
- Curious about technology and energy markets with resilience and goal-driven attitude.
