Location: Hybrid, London office with 2 weeks per year remote work anywhere

What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential while maintaining own billing performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing market insight and talent strategy advice.
  • Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process ensuring smooth experience for clients and candidates.
  • Support offer negotiation and ensure compliance with GDPR and employment law.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work with London office presence and limited remote flexibility.
  • English: Proficient English required (job posting in English).
  • Experience in team leadership and recruitment within Not-for-Profit and Housing sectors preferred.
  • Strong client relationship and business development skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and compliance standards.
