What you will do
- Manage, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential while maintaining own billing performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing market insight and talent strategy advice.
- Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process ensuring smooth experience for clients and candidates.
- Support offer negotiation and ensure compliance with GDPR and employment law.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work with London office presence and limited remote flexibility.
- English: Proficient English required (job posting in English).
- Experience in team leadership and recruitment within Not-for-Profit and Housing sectors preferred.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and compliance standards.
