What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams and manage up to 6 direct reports plus matrix teams of 100+ colleagues.
• Drive delivery of portfolios ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business value.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations with senior leadership.
• Facilitate portfolio planning, prioritization, and governance across projects and BAU.
• Optimize resource allocation and capacity management.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide regular portfolio reporting and updates.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid working model based in Liverpool, UK
• Expertise in portfolio and programme management of large, complex portfolios.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing senior delivery managers.
• Deep understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
