What you will do

• Lead delivery operations and ensure successful delivery of PMO services to internal and external customers.
• Own strategic reporting, portfolio analysis, financial forecasts, and resource capacity planning.
• Manage and mentor the PMO Analyst team, ensuring alignment with PMO strategy.
• Define and enforce governance frameworks and methodologies for Agile project, program, and portfolio management.
• Lead delivery assurance activities including quality audits, stage gate reviews, and risk escalation.
• Drive organizational change initiatives to improve delivery governance and tooling adoption.

Requirements

• Location: Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom with 5 years UK residency for SC clearance eligibility
• Proven experience leading and managing a PMO function or Programme Management Office in a technology consultancy or professional services environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing PMO staff or Project Managers.
• Expertise in portfolio management, governance frameworks, Agile methodologies, and financial analysis.
• Advanced data analysis and visualization skills to provide strategic insights.
• Experience driving organizational change related to delivery governance and tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with security clearance processes (SC clearance).
