What you will do

• Partner with Change & Strategy teams and stakeholders to shape and deliver enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• Co-create and govern Target Operating Model artefacts ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct rapid diagnostics and solutioning to assess programme health and drive value creation.
• Lead design, mobilisation, and execution of transformation initiatives across BT.
• Build credibility with senior leaders and facilitate alignment and adoption of new ways of working.
• Mentor colleagues and uplift transformation capabilities across the organisation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
• Extensive experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes in complex organizations or top-tier consulting.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and commercial skills with expertise in Target Operating Model design.
• Experience in digital transformation, AI & data, data analytics, or process engineering.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in matrixed environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Energy, Pharmaceuticals, or Telecommunications.
