What you will do

• Manage complex, technical projects from initiation to transition to business as usual (BAU).
• Plan and control project delivery including schedules, quotations, scope, and financial management.
• Interpret client and stakeholder requirements and align delivery capabilities.
• Produce high-quality briefs, business requirements, user stories, and process maps.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies ensuring due diligence and impact assessments.
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Cheltenham or Bristol, United Kingdom.
• Project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, PMI) or equivalent experience.
• Business Analysis qualification (e.g., BCS Certificate in Business Analysis).
• Minimum 5 years experience managing full lifecycle delivery of cross-functional projects.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to select appropriate approach.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with document template platforms (e.g., Quadient).
• General interest in IT systems supporting business operations.
