What you will do

  • Partner with Change & Strategy teams and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Co-create and govern Target Operating Model artefacts ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct rapid diagnostics to assess programme health and develop actionable plans.
  • Lead design, mobilisation, and execution of transformation initiatives across BT.
  • Build trust and influence senior leaders to drive adoption of new ways of working.
  • Mentor colleagues to uplift transformation capabilities and embed sustainable change.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes in complex organisations or top-tier consulting.
  • Expertise in Target Operating Model design including process, governance, technology, and structure.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and commercial skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven change leadership and programme governance capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
