What you will do

• Search for candidates using various sources and tools for IT and non-IT vacancies.
• Negotiate with potential candidates, screen CVs, and schedule/conduct interviews.
• Ensure a proper interviewing process for candidates and timely feedback delivery.
• Manage and develop relationships with candidates, maintaining a comprehensive database.
• Create comprehensive job offers for selected candidates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with various recruiting technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Good understanding of the IT job market and familiarity with technical terminology.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work and learn at a fast pace.
• English: At least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.
