What you will do
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across Europe
- Hit quarterly targets and deliver against ambitious commercial goals
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the EU market
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with high-value clients and decision makers
- Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Solutions, and Product teams to tailor pitches and ensure client success
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience in business development or enterprise sales in biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors
- Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and strong EU biopharma network
- Proven track record closing mid-to-large enterprise deals with C-level stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex technology simply
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the EU and to company offsites
