What you will do

• Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across Europe
• Hit quarterly targets and deliver against ambitious commercial goals
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the EU market
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with high-value clients and decision makers
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Solutions, and Product teams to tailor pitches and ensure client success

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in business development or enterprise sales in biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors
• Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and strong EU biopharma network
• Proven track record closing mid-to-large enterprise deals with C-level stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex technology simply
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the EU and to company offsites
