TL;DR

Business Developer (German): Acquiring new business partners and enabling them to unlock their full potential with hirify.global with an accent on new business acquisition, contract negotiation, and Salesforce management. Focus on building relationships with local businesses in key German markets and ensuring onboarding success.

Location: Work from our Valencia office three days a week, with remote flexibility. You will manage key markets in Germany from our vibrant office in Valencia, Spain.

Salary: Competitive fixed salary plus a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and acquire new business partners, building relationships over the phone and setting appointments.
  • Handle sales meetings remotely and negotiate cooperation contracts, driving new business opportunities.
  • Ensure a smooth start for new partners by conducting internal quality checks.
  • Manage your pipeline and activities in Salesforce, ensuring full transparency.
  • Contribute to hirify.global’s growth and success in the market, strengthening its positive reputation.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a natural drive to close deals.
  • Thrive on hitting targets, with motivation to overcome challenges.
  • German-speaking proficiency is required.
  • Ability to work from the Valencia office three days a week.
  • Experience in sales across various industries including Food & Drink, Health, Beauty & Wellness, Leisure & Experiences, and Home & Auto.
