What you will do
- Engage high-potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other Inbound channels.
- Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision-making process, then hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on hirify.global’s platform and demonstrate its value.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market.
- Track and report key metrics to continuously improve effectiveness.
- Gather market intelligence and feed insights back into product and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Language skills: Native Spanish and Advanced English proficiency.
- 1 year of proven B2B SDR or inbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold calls.
- Solid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling).
- Data-driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics.
- Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and resilience in navigating a growing startup environment.
- Must be Barcelona-based or open to relocating to our vibrant city.
Nice to have
- Experience selling or prospecting into Italian SMBs and enterprise accounts.
- Background in Sales, Sales Operations, or Customer Success.
- Prior exposure to AI-driven sales tools or marketing automation platform.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other enrichment tools.
