What you will do

• Conduct in-depth market research for new business opportunities across the Nordics and the UK.
• Utilise various prospecting methods, including networking and online platforms, to uncover new leads.
• Customise messaging and implement strategic timing for outreach efforts.
• Provide timely and personalised follow-up communication to nurture leads.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team for smooth lead transition.
• Continuously update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system and analyse performance data.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business development and/or lead generation, focused on new customer acquisition.
• Proven experience in the Nordics and UKI markets, with knowledge of industry dynamics.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Swedish or Danish is desirable.
• Results-driven, with a track record of meeting KPIs and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
