Location: Tech team is remote-first and allows working remotely from anywhere in Europe. The company headquarters is in Paris, where the team meets a few days every four months for 'hirify.global Tech & Product Days'.

What you will do

• Manage and mentor several Engineering Managers, ensuring quality, efficiency, and team fulfillment.
• Identify and support developers' key strengths and areas for improvement to foster their growth.
• Collaborate with Group Product Managers and Product Design Managers to establish appropriate processes as the team scales.
• Provide leadership within the senior tech community at hirify.global.
• Contribute to scaling the hirify.global application for a rapidly expanding customer base.
• Work on cross-team or transversal initiatives to drive impact across hirify.global.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing engineering teams, including the management of managers.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be able to work remotely from anywhere in Europe.

Hiring process

• Initial chat with Senior Technical Recruiter (30 min).
• Interview with a Tech Co-Founder (CTO or Lead Dev, 1 hour).
• Live system design interview with a Staff Engineer and Head of Data (1 hour 15 min, no preparation needed).
• Product discussion with two members from the product & design team (1 hour).
• Final round with two Senior Engineering Managers to deep-dive into management skills (1 hour).
