What you will do

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team in Payments, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Drive the development of new payment methodologies, processing over a billion transactions annually.
• Ensure technical excellence, maintaining high standards for quality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and Operations to define priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
• Manage team growth and performance, including hiring, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team and stakeholder management within a tech environment.
• Prior experience in people management for at least 2 years.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions, using metrics to guide team priorities.
• Good understanding of delivering and being part of an ROI-driven product roadmap development.
• Backend development experience, preferably in a Product based Company.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and attract top talent while fostering a high-performing engineering culture.
