What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and personalized communication.
• Engage potential partners via professional outbound calls and emails to build lasting relationships.
• Qualify leads and forward high-potential opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executives.
• Effectively communicate hirify.global’s value proposition and impact on patient care and radiology workflows.
• Collaborate with the team to design and execute market-entry strategies for different countries.
• Support marketing initiatives by following up on leads generated through various campaigns and events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, with a positive, energetic, and goal-driven attitude.
• Native-level German and Polish language skills.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• A hands-on mentality and readiness to take ownership within a fast-paced team.
