What you will do
- Identify and research organizations matching the Ideal Customer Profile in the DACH region.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline through outbound and inbound opportunities.
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to qualify needs and decision paths.
- Own the commercial process from prospecting to signed contracts.
- Present AI use-cases and capture structured product feedback from customers.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and AI policy shifts.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work hybrid in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich
- 1-2 years experience in similar sales or business development roles, startup experience is a plus.
- Fluent English and German communication skills required
- Passion for AI and early adoption mindset.
- Comfortable with sales, prospecting, and marketing tools.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with high urgency and ability to work in undefined processes.
