TL;DR

Account Executive (Legal AI): Driving adoption of hirify.global’s AI platform among small and mid-sized law firms and in-house legal teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with an accent on managing the full sales cycle from first touch to close. Focus on tailoring AI solutions to client workflows and exceeding monthly/quarterly ARR targets.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany or Remote within Europe

Salary: Competitive compensation with performance-based upside.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMB and lower mid-market customers, from discovery to negotiation and close.
  • Handle inbound leads while proactively identifying new opportunities through outbound outreach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ pain points, daily workflows, and legal processes.
  • Collaborate with Legal Engineering to deliver tailored demos for AI use cases.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly ARR targets.

Requirements

  • Native-level German and fluent English.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, tech sales, or professional services, ideally selling to SMB or mid-sized clients.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with legal professionals.
  • Structured and proactive approach to pipeline management and efficient closing.
  • Curiosity for AI, technology, and their transformation of the legal profession.

  • Legal background (law degree, firm experience, or legal tech exposure).
