What you will do
- Act as a contact person in the helpdesk supporting colleagues onsite and remotely
- Handle support tickets and requests via Slack and Jira
- Prepare notebooks and accessories ensuring proper functionality
- Communicate with manufacturers and dealers for warranty and guarantee cases
- Prepare technical onboarding for new employees
- Provide technical support at internal events both online and in person
Requirements
- Location: Must be onsite in Munich, Germany
- Ongoing studies in IT or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
- Proactive mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Interest or experience with AI tools and technologies
Nice to have
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, or Jira
- Previous working experience in IT support
- German language skills
