What you will do
- Provide frontline IT support resolving hardware, software, networking, and enterprise tool issues.
- Administer and troubleshoot core applications like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and SSO.
- Manage asset lifecycle including procurement and provisioning of macOS and Windows devices via MDM.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring smooth account and equipment management.
- Support AV and office infrastructure including meeting room technology and livestream events.
- Maintain operational documentation and contribute to security and compliance efforts (SOC 2 / ISO 27001).
Requirements
- Must be fluent in German and English.
- 2+ years experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong macOS administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, Wi-Fi).
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with security frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
