What you will do

• Act as project manager and lead cross-functional teams to go-live, including risk management and budgeting
• Manage implementation of hirify.global's software platform and collaborate with product teams
• Assess, define, and deliver improvement and scaling initiatives to increase productivity and operational excellence

Requirements

• Several years of experience in relevant business area/profile
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects and delivering operational improvements
• Hands-on experience in road transport/logistics; software implementation and process improvement is a plus
• Verbal and written fluency in English and German
• Analytical skills and solution-oriented problem solving
• Preferably based in Sweden, Germany, Austria, or BeNeLux region
