What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end inbound marketing campaigns leveraging sports communities to increase trading volume and product adoption
• Create compelling campaign materials in collaboration with graphic designers
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns for new and existing users to maximise ROI
• Analyse campaign performance and extract actionable insights
• Collaborate with CRM, Data Analytics, Product, and Brand teams for consistency
• Manage operational processes including legal review, creative delivery, and reward fulfilment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in inbound campaign management and/or sports marketing
• Strong understanding of growth marketing metrics and analytics with tools like Tableau, Segment, and Databricks
• Proven ability to translate data insights into creative strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced environments
