What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the Total Rewards team fostering a culture of creativity and analytical excellence.
  • Design and implement a next-generation global rewards strategy covering compensation, equity, and benefits.
  • Architect a global benefits philosophy balancing consistency and local relevance.
  • Drive pay equity and transparency initiatives aligned with EU directives.
  • Build data-driven insights and predictive models to guide leadership decisions.
  • Partner with executive leadership and committees to align rewards with company values and growth.

Requirements

  • Must have 8+ years experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits in global organizations.
  • Proven leadership in building high-performing teams blending analytics with empathy.
  • Experience designing equity plans, preferably in publicly listed European companies.
  • Deep expertise in global benefits design and multi-country regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging C-level leaders and cross-border teams.
  • Solid understanding of EU pay transparency, pay equity, and executive compensation.
