What you will do

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people solutions that enhance engagement and performance.
• Provide guidance on core people processes including performance, development, and employee relations.
• Own and deliver people projects and support talent reviews and succession planning.
• Act as a trusted contact for employees and managers, supporting EMEA-wide engagement and DEI initiatives.
• Maintain accuracy in people data, reporting, and compliance while improving local HR practices.
• Build strong relationships across People functions and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London or able to work hybrid in the UK
• 3–5 years experience in generalist or business partner HR roles within UK/EMEA context.
• Strong data and analytics skills to support evidence-based decision making.
• Curiosity and motivation to grow towards a strategic People Business Partner role.
• Comfortable balancing detail with big-picture thinking and influencing with empathy.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher
