What you will do

• Define and execute HR roadmap in partnership with the Chief People Officer.
• Ensure legal compliance and update company policies in line with employment law.
• Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and exit processes.
• Support learning, development, and performance management programs.
• Oversee HRIS systems, reporting, and transactional HR activities.
• Lead compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or able to work remotely within the US.
• 5-10 years of generalist HR experience with strong employment law knowledge.
• Recognized HR qualification preferred (e.g., SHRM, TMI, HRCI).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP experience a plus).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with limited travel (<10%).
