What you will do

• Design and lead the evolution of core IT systems and services, ensuring scalability and security.
• Solve complex technical challenges across identity, endpoint, collaboration, and cloud environments, driving automated solutions.
• Shape operational excellence by setting standards, monitoring performance, and embedding reliability and compliance.
• Drive improvement projects, introducing new tools, integrations, and processes to enhance productivity and system resilience.
• Act as a technical mentor and role model, providing guidance, documentation, and hands-on support.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to align systems and processes with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or engineering, with proven expertise in complex, mission-critical environments.
• Deep knowledge of identity, access management, Apple endpoint management, and SaaS/cloud ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of operational frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management).
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate and prevent issues, improving reliability through structure, monitoring, and automation.
• Practical scripting or no/low-code integration skills to improve workflows and automate processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
