System Cloud Administrator (IT Infrastructure): Maintaining and continuously improving internal cloud environments and supporting IT operations with an accent on modern workplace technologies like MDM/Intune, AVD, and M365. Focus on ensuring stability and performance of IT cloud infrastructure and collaborating across support lines to resolve business-critical issues.

Location: Hybrid in Nijmegen, Netherlands or Nacka Strand, Sweden. No relocation or work permit sponsorship support provided.

What you will do

• Drive impactful business outcomes by participating in strategic IT initiatives and cloud infrastructure projects.
• Maintain and optimize modern workplace technologies like MDM/Intune, AVD, and M365.
• Monitor, maintain, and support internal IT cloud infrastructure to ensure stability and performance.
• Support 2nd and 3rd line IT operations to implement new solutions and resolve business-critical issues.
• Collaborate with End User Services and Infra Ops Architecture departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Create, update, and manage technical documentation for operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience with supporting IT operations across multiple lines (1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd).
• AZ-104 certification.
• Experience in managing, maintaining, configuring, and upgrading an Azure / hybrid environment.
• Proficiency with Intune and PowerShell.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be able to work in Nijmegen, Netherlands or Nacka Strand, Sweden for hybrid model.
• No relocation or work permit sponsorship support provided.

• Dutch or Swedish language skills.
