What you will do

• Maintain and enhance the internal IT environment with a specialized focus on cybersecurity and system reliability.
• Collaborate closely with CISOs to drive ongoing security improvements and implement new protective measures.
• Support 1st and 3rd line teams by resolving tickets and contributing to IT projects.

Requirements

• Experience with system administration in medium to large environments, supporting IT operations and implementing infrastructure improvements.
• Fluency in English (Dutch or Swedish is a plus).
• Strong understanding of security and authorization principles.
• Proficiency in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Windows Server, and Linux.
• Experience with VMware ESX(i) and PowerShell.
• Must be able to work hybrid in the Netherlands (Nijmegen) or Sweden (Nacka Strand).
• No relocation or work permit sponsorship is provided.
