What you will do

• Design, implement, and improve machine learning systems.
• Contribute to machine learning applications end-to-end, from research to prototype to production.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and customers to define product vision and strategy.

Requirements

• Be a hybrid AI engineer with experience in developing and deploying GenAI-based applications.
• Possess strong programming skills in at least one object-oriented language (Java, Scala, C++, Python, Golang, etc.).
• Have substantial experience building and managing infrastructure for deploying and running ML models in production.
• Experience working with distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark.
• Demonstrate knowledge in statistics and machine learning with practical application experience.
• 7-10 years of industry or equivalent experience and a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph.
• Experience building microservices, especially with Golang.
• Experience with Spark's MLlib, AWS, Databricks, MLFlow.
