Salary: CA$150,000–CA$205,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary delivery team (8–10 people) by setting direction and fostering accountability.
  • Plan and oversee delivery execution, ensuring clear objectives, realistic timelines, and effective prioritization.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Architecture to align vision and define scope for solutions.
  • Identify and remove delivery blockers, optimizing team workflow and processes.
  • Coach team members on problem-solving and professional growth, cultivating a high-performing culture.
  • Contribute to the evolution of hirify.global’s delivery model and act as a thought partner to Product and Architecture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development or engineering-related roles.
  • At least 2 years in team leadership or management.
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end software delivery in a fast-paced SaaS or product organization.
  • Strong understanding of delivery and quality management principles.
  • Balanced skillset combining people management, project execution, and technical literacy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
