Engineering Manager

What you will do

• Guide and mentor engineers through product development and career growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to manage backlog and priorities.
• Build and promote an inclusive, transparent, and fun engineering culture.
• Work with engineering leaders to improve workflows, tech stack, and feedback processes.
• Contribute technically through coding and architectural alignment.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Location: Hybrid work across multiple European cities including Stockholm, Berlin, Amsterdam, Oslo, Helsinki, and Førde
• Strong engineering background with leadership experience.
• Experience in stakeholder management and agile software practices.
• Ability to coach and develop engineering teams.
