hirify.global is supporting a confidential SaaS company (around 20 people) that builds an enterprise B2B SaaS product for clients across Europe.

What you will do

• Lead and support a small engineering team of 6 people.
• Improve delivery processes, quality standards, and collaboration.
• Balance people leadership with technical understanding.
• Introduce and evaluate tools that improve developer productivity.
• Work closely with Product on planning and prioritisation.
• Support architectural discussions and long-term technical direction.
• Encourage experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineers in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices.
• Curious about new tools, automation, and AI-assisted engineering.
• Comfortable in small teams where leadership is hands-on.
• Strong communicator who enjoys coaching and mentoring.

Nice to have

• Experience from startups or small scaleups.
