Salary: $184,500—$249,500 CAD annually

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years people management experience with engineering teams
• Minimum 5 years software engineering or equivalent technical experience
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers to set direction
• Experience running Agile processes such as sprint planning and retrospectives
• Must be located in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, or Saskatchewan, Canada

Nice to have

• Experience building web apps with Ruby on Rails and React
• Experience working in high-ambiguity environments such as startups or new initiatives
