What you will do
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners in Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia.
- Craft and execute partner business strategies to scale hirify.global solutions through the partner network.
- Provide operational support, ensuring partners have necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively market and sell hirify.global solutions.
- Collaborate with partners to develop detailed business plans, including operational processes, sales targets, and go-to-market strategies.
- Streamline partner onboarding, training, and enablement with internal teams to foster a high-performance partner ecosystem.
- Monitor and manage partner performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in sales and operational efficiency.
- Negotiate and oversee partnership agreements, focusing on operational clauses for smooth cooperation and mutual growth.
Requirements
- Proven background in partner management, operations, or business development, especially within the SaaS or cloud-based solutions sector.
- 6-8 years of sales experience, preferably in Cloud or SaaS based software.
- BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Must be legally permitted to work in Singapore or Malaysia.
Nice to have
- Ability to speak and present in Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia.
