What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to ISVs serving SMEs.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard ISV partners to integrate hirify.global solutions and drive revenue growth.
- Define and manage the product roadmap specific to the ISV vertical, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent hirify.global at industry events in Malaysia.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed of competitive trends, emerging technologies, and evolving SME needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure cohesive product deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum 9-10 years in business development, product management, or a similar role within the fintech or payments industry.
- Demonstrated experience working with or within ISVs, with a clear understanding of their business models.
- Proven leadership capabilities to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with digital payment technologies, API integrations, and SaaS platforms.
