What you will do

• Conduct discovery sessions with strategic accounts to understand business challenges and technical needs.
• Analyze integration and delivery requirements and design actionable solutions.
• Lead technical aspects of RFP processes to ensure client needs are met.
• Present and articulate hirify.global’s solutions aligning with client technology and goals.
• Serve as primary technical contact and oversee onboarding of strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop comprehensive solution proposals and manage project plans.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years in technical consulting or similar roles in SaaS or hospitality technology.
• Deep technical knowledge of hospitality systems including PMS, CRS, Channel Managers, and connectivity standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with large enterprise clients and RFP processes.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin or Bahasa is a plus.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore or able to work remotely from Singapore.
