What you will do

  • Strategically develop initiatives targeted to specific accounts and markets to drive increased market share.
  • Maximize sales activities and achieve quotas by prospecting for new accounts.
  • Connect with all levels within the customer organization, including C-level relationships.
  • Grow wallet share in assigned accounts and establish high-revenue, multi-year business plans.
  • Map capabilities of existing Partners and Strategic Alliances and create a network to facilitate sales.
  • Drive and lead the sales, presales, engineering, and support efforts for the account.

Requirements

  • Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling SaaS within the wider Contact Center or Conversational AI environment.
  • Strong existing customer relationships and connections with BFSI, hospitality, or outsource service providers.
  • Confident navigating sales cycles with all management levels, particularly SVP/C-Level.
  • Hunter mentality and passionate about winning.
  • Knowledgeable with conversational and agentic AI and its impact on Customer Experience.
