What you will do
- Strategically develop initiatives targeted to specific accounts and markets to drive increased market share.
- Maximize sales activities and achieve quotas by prospecting for new accounts.
- Connect with all levels within the customer organization, including C-level relationships.
- Grow wallet share in assigned accounts and establish high-revenue, multi-year business plans.
- Map capabilities of existing Partners and Strategic Alliances and create a network to facilitate sales.
- Drive and lead the sales, presales, engineering, and support efforts for the account.
Requirements
- Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling SaaS within the wider Contact Center or Conversational AI environment.
- Strong existing customer relationships and connections with BFSI, hospitality, or outsource service providers.
- Confident navigating sales cycles with all management levels, particularly SVP/C-Level.
- Hunter mentality and passionate about winning.
- Knowledgeable with conversational and agentic AI and its impact on Customer Experience.
