What you will do

• Develop and execute key channel strategic initiatives in partnership with the executive team.
• Become a subject matter expert in channel partner programs and identify expansion opportunities.
• Develop and maintain high-performing programs for channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, legal, product) to develop impactful strategic ideas.
• Explore and evaluate new potential channel categories, including GTM strategy and execution plans.
• Analyze performance metrics to develop partner-specific insights and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• 4-6+ years of experience in a high-growth technology company.
• 3+ years in corporate development, strategic partnerships, business development, or strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong project planning and cross-functional team management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, advanced PowerPoint, advanced Excel, PowerBI, and PRM systems is required.
• Must be based within the U.S. and available five days per week during designated work hours.
