What you will do
- Define target solutions, offers, and compensation for customers, channels, and partners.
- Co-create and develop solutions in collaboration with engineers, architects, and product teams.
- Design and implement sales enablement programs, playbooks, and incentives.
- Lead Go-To-Market implementation, aligning with company initiatives and developing partner STP.
- Measure and assess sales effectiveness, delivering insights through reports and dashboards.
- Manage partner relationships, including stakeholder engagement, listen posts, and contract management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong leadership, coalition-building skills, and ability to influence cross-group collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of Go-To-Market (GTM) models.
- Demonstrated ability to get things done, build consensus, and solve tough business problems.
- Very strong written, oral, and social communication skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working with GSI and technology partners in go-to-market, services, and joint solution strategy.
