What you will do

• Lead the Transaction Swimlane end-to-end, managing six product managers and teams.
• Own critical in-wallet transaction flows and set quality standards for user experience.
• Define and drive product strategy based on user jobs-to-be-done and measurable outcomes.
• Translate strategy into aligned roadmaps and ensure prioritization and execution.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Data, and Engineering teams for high-quality delivery.
• Hold teams accountable, make trade-offs, and maintain urgency without sacrificing trust or reliability.

Requirements

• Location: Remote, US-based candidates preferred for salary range.
• Previous experience with crypto wallets.
• Proven leadership of multiple product teams in complex products, ideally in crypto.
• Strong player-coach skills, able to operate at director level and dive into UX and technical details.
• World-class product judgment grounded in user empathy and design thinking.
• Track record of driving monetized products without degrading user trust or experience.
• Clear and authoritative communication with senior stakeholders.
