What you will do

• Support integrated marketing programs, events, and special projects with planning, logistics, and execution.
• Coordinate and manage vertical market campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
• Assist with reporting and process management including campaign codes, SOPs, and repository updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of marketing assets.
• Contribute to process improvement and standardization leveraging AI and automation.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or project management (B2B preferred).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Eloqua and Marketo, and interest in AI-driven marketing solutions.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
